AD SoC Technical Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities:

2.Promote SoC products and platform solutions to customers, coordinate the internal R&D teams to provide pre-sales support for customers.

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above, backgrounds of semiconductor, software, or automotive engineering are preferred.

2.7+ years of experience in chip and solution support and technical marketing. Experience in pre-sales technical support for AI and automotive SOCs is preferred.

3.Capability of cross-team collaboration and project management, and self-motivated. Able to effectively analyze and identify customer issues, coordinate internal resources to ensure the achievement of mass production.

4.Familiarity with automotive electronic and electrical architectures and ADAS scenarios, to clarify customers.

AD SoC Sales and Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities:

1.In charge of customer design-ins and mass production of ADAS SOC products and platform solutions.

2.Develop and maintain customer relationships, in charge of product pricing strategy, business negotiations, contract signing, delivery, and other areas.

PISI/Packaging Expert

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop packaging solutions and conduct cost analysis based on chip specifications, responsible for packaging design and development.

2.Responsible for the analysis and optimization of signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).

3.Complete package design optimization and SI evaluation for advanced packaging, responsible for design iteration between die-package-PCB.

4.Conduct system-level SIPI simulation analysis, deliver packaging & PCB design solutions and guidelines, and guide layout implementation.

5.Deliver competitive electrical performance solutions.

6.Participate in package pinmap arrangement and packaging design reviews.

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above in telecommunications, microelectronics, automation, or related fields, with over 8 years of work experience.

2.Experience in ADAS SoC packaging design and development, with hands-on packaging design skills and familiarity with packaging design tools; familiar with packaging structure, reliability, and thermal performance, with industrial packaging experience.

3.Proficient in the theoretical knowledge of various types of packaging as well as signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).

4.Proficient in using EDA tools in the SIPI domain, such as HFSS, SIwave, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for building up netlist-based flows (synthesis, formal, LP, PT, PTPX, ECO, etc.).

2.Responsible for SoC synthesis regression.

3.Responsible for integration and checking of SDC for certain modules.

4.Responsible for PPA optimization and checking of complex modules.

5.Responsible for netlist check and sign-off for the entire SoC.

6.Analyze and resolve SDC and timing issues between front-end and back-end.

7.Responsible for LEC checks and the ECO process in the implementation flow.

8.Responsible for module-level UPF generation and related checks.

Job Requirements:

1.Familiar with PPA optimization for high-performance IPs (CPU, NPU, GPU).

2.Knowledgeable in digital and analog circuit design.

3.Skilled in writing and checking Verilog code.

4.Proficient in SDC and STA.

5.Experienced with the entire digital flow and commonly EDA tools (DC, FC, Formality, PrimeTime, PrimePower, Verdi, VCS, etc.).

DFT Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collaborate with front-end designers to design the SoC DFT architecture and solutions, clearly defining the testability structure of the SoC: clock, logic hierarchy, PAD-MUX, etc.

2.Complete DFT-related tasks (MBIST/ATPG/BSD/LBIST) at the block/TOP level, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

3.Generate timing constraint files related to chip DFT, assisting the back-end in achieving timing and power convergence.

4.Handle the generation of DFT patterns for the chip and perform pre-simulation and post-simulation verification.

5.Write design and testing documentation related to DFT.

6.Develop, debug, and diagnose CP/FT test programs to enhance yield.

7.Conduct research and optimization of DFT processes, maintain and optimize the automated design platform.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or related fields; experience in automotive SoC DFT is preferred.

2.Proficient in scripting languages such as Verilog, Tcl, Perl, and Python.

3.Skilled in using DFT-related EDA tools (such as Mentor/Synopsys).

4.Familiarity with DFT diagnostics and yield analysis experience is a plus.

5.Experience in full chip DFT for large-scale SoC is preferred.

MCU BSP Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for software development and verification of low-speed IPs, including but not limited to CAN, LIN, FlexRay, DMA, Timer, I2C, SPI, UART, RTC, Mailbox, Flash, etc.

2.Responsible for the chip verification and driver development of the above IPs in RTOS system.

3.Responsible for Autosar and MCAL software development.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields.

2.Experience with ARMV8 CPU & ARM CR52/M55 verification and development is preferred, experienced in developing various SoC drivers is preferred.

3.Familiarity with Autosar and intelligent driving scenarios is a plus.

4.Understanding of ADAS SoC architecture,experienced in SoC IP CV.

5.Experience in developing automotive-grade embedded MCU BSP drivers is preferred.

MCU SDK&Platform Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Design and develop MCU software architecture based on AUTOSAR standards, providing innovative solutions for AUTOSAR specifications and MCU hardware features.

2.Create and maintain the AUTOSAR development toolchain, including editors, compilers, and debugging tools.

3.Develop key components of the AUTOSAR software platform, ensuring the performance and stability of the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) and middleware.

4.Manage the full lifecycle of the MCU Software Development Kit (SDK), ensuring its functionality, reliability, and usability meet customer requirements.

5.Develop Flash drivers.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields.

2.Extensive experience in MCU software development within the automotive electronics field, experience with powertrain and body control development is preferred.

3.Familiarity with MCU architecture and related development tools such as debuggers, compilers, and emulators; experience with ARM MCU development is preferred.

4.Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and in-depth knowledge of the AUTOSAR Classic Platform; familiarity with the AUTOSAR development toolchain, including editors, compilers, and debugging tools.

NPU Architect

Job Responsibilities:

Architecture Design, including the evaluation of the PPA (Performance, Power, Area) of third-party IPs to understand the core advantages of each IP, and completing the high-level design document, includes all functions requiring further development.

2.Responsible for all RTL delivery tasks, including RTL/SDC /UPF/PPA and implementation signoff.

3.Collaborate with DV/CV teams to complete verification signoff.

4.Maintenance and upgrading of self-developed IP or architecturally licensed IP.

5.Support issues in mass production processes, focusing on problem localization and performance optimization.

Job Requirements:

NPU Compiler Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Design, develop, and maintain the NPU compiler toolchain under the DSA architecture, ensuring its efficient and stable operation.

2.Extend and optimize support capabilities for deep learning frameworks (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.) to enhance AI model compatibility.

3.Responsible for computation graph optimization, including common general optimizations across various networks and optimizations targeting specific hardware platforms.

4.Optimize various algorithms within the compiler toolchain to improve compilation quality and execution efficiency.

5.Work closely with the SoC design team and software development team to perform system-level compiler performance tuning.

6.Undertake secondary development of open-source compiler frameworks like TVM/LLVM (MLIR) to meet autonomous driving business needs.

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above in computer science, electronic information engineering, or related field, over 5 years of relevant work experience.

2.Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python, with strong coding skills.

3.Familiar with the use and internal mechanisms of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.

4.Deep understanding of compiler architecture and principles, with experience in compiler or embedded systems development.
